Rassemblement Yoga III, it is the opportunity…

·        for yoga centres and instructors, to get to know each other and to promote the practice of yoga,

·        for yoga practitioners and for those who would like to try yoga, to discover different yoga styles,

·        to participate in 4 activities among:

§   8 different styles of yoga classes,

§   5 different yoga-related workshops.

Rassemblement Yoga III is also a fundraiser as all proceeds will go to the charitable organization “La Soupe populaire de Hull” (a soup kitchen).

Date: Saturday, 23 March 2013, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Location: Cabane en bois rond, 331 Cité des jeunes blvd, Hull sector
Cost: $30 for 14 years of age and older and $5 for 10 to 13 years old
To bring: Yoga mat, comfortable clothing and indoor footwear.
